Downward-Facing Dog
This is often a resting pose, but it still gives you an epic full-body stretch that you can feel from your hands to your toes. You're a pretty chill person who still likes to experience a challenge.

Happy Baby
Happy baby is a resting pose that lifts your feet into the air but relaxes your spine and lower back. It also means you can roll around on the floor like a happy baby. You always look on the bright side of things and do your best to infect everyone with your optimism.

Warrior II
This pose is named after the fierce goddess Shiva. It builds stamina while strengthening your lower back and hips. It will keep you grounded and help you stay strong when your natural drive and high energy get the best of you.

Tree
This pose is deceptively difficult. It gives you a long stretch, but it only works if you lift your right foot and rest it above or below your left knee. It's much easier to rest your foot on your knee, but you aren't getting the good stretch. Nothing is ever easy for you, and you won't rest until you achieve your best.

Crow
As a more advanced pose, the crow involves resting your entire body weight on your forearms and lifting your lower half off the ground. You often carry the weight of the world on your shoulders, and your friends and family run to you for advice. Luckily, you're strong enough to handle it all.

Half Moon
This is a tricky pose that extends your body as you lean to the side and lift your left leg off the ground at a 90-degree angle. But you have to keep your right hand and right foot planted firmly on the ground! Your center of gravity is already strong enough to handle whatever is thrown at it. You aren't easily swayed by passing trends. You know who you are, and you're proud of it!
