15. Your boss asks for your honest opinion on his performance as a boss. How do you respond?
With the unvarnished truth
With the truth, but with a light coat of varnish
I give him all of his good points first and then downplay maybe one of his faults, but I sugarcoat it heavily.
I tell him all of the ways in which he is wonderful, and then I list his faults as things I could improve on if he did XYZ.
I tell him that he's a great boss and that I have no complaints.
