3. You go to an all-service car wash, and when you pick up your car, you see crumbs under the seat. What will you do?
Well the rest of the carpet is vacuumed, and the service person looks overwhelmed, so I'll still tip them.
I won't tip, but I won't make a complaint either.
I'll probably grumble as I take my keys and make a snide comment.
I'll immediately ask them to vacuum under the seat.
I'll drive home, getting myself worked up about it, and then call the manager when I get there.
I'll tell them I'll tip extra if they give the carpet under the seat another go.
