I'd turn it an icy blue. I'd add lots of shiny silver sculptures. There would be phosphorescent rocks everywhere that glowed in bright colors at night. I might put in something useful, like a biosphere. I'd hose it down so it reflected the sky and you couldn't tell which way was up.
