Nothing--it's too risky to speak up.
Roll my eyes, probably--everyone knows it was my project.
Well she's my boss, so I guess it's her prerogative, and I can hope she'll remember my part in it at review time.
Tactfully interject with something like, 'I couldn't have done it without her encouragement and support.'
