15. You turn in a project, and your boss says you forgot something he told you to do, but you have no memory of him telling you that. Now what?
I'll talk my way around it until he either forgets about it or decides it isn't necessary.
I'll tell him that he is incorrect and that it isn't necessary anyway.
I will assume that I misunderstood and redo it.
I suspect that he's trying to get me to do work on my own time or for free, so I'll go check my notes and email for the supposed missing directive.
I'll tell him that was the best I could do, but I'll see if I can work what he wants into the project.
I'll ask him when it was that he told me that, and then I'll ask him how he thinks it will help the project.
