Fresh sub sandwich
This one of the easiest and most fun things to make at home when you pick out the ingredients yourself and use a little creativity. And all of the ingredients - are probably at the very beginning of your store: fresh sub rolls, deli meats and cheeses, the gourmet cheese section, produce, and the fancy sub mustards and deli condiments are right on the deli counter. Most stores even have the gourmet chips in individual bags in this area! Make the most awesome sub ever - hot OR cold - YOUR way.

Big salad
Of course, you can call in for curbside salad service at your favorite major restaurant chain, but why not make your own? Get fresh greens and all of your produce toppings from veggies to fruits and nuts all in one area of the grocery. If you're a carnivore, pick up a roasted chicken in the deli and add pulled chicken to the top of your salad for some delicious protein. Garbanzo beans and leafy carrot tops for protein are a tasty option for vegetarians!

Meat and fries
Sounds like you need some comfort food that is guaranteed tasty. A cheeseburger and fries could do the trick if you keep it real and not sadly bland. If you're not into beef, get a fish or chicken sandwich, or even a grilled cheese and fries. What it's about is fun food made tasty and hassle free. That's what you need. Or, bump it up a notch and go French with steak and fries. They call it Steak Frites. Whatever you do, get or make the best version of it that you can.

Breakfast
If you're not in the mood for dinner or are just uninspired, have your favorite breakfast for dinner! It's a big mood lifter, for one. Or a comfort food indulgence. If you're feeling super lazy or need to get crazy, get that multipack of personal size kid's cereals and eat the whole thing! Well, you'll probably tap out before you finish it. Or go whole hog and have a big breakfast for dinner!

Square meal
Sit down and have a balanced meal. You don't even have to cook it yourself. That said, there are tons of recipes online for making a balanced meal quickly and without a lot of effort. You can cook a steak in under 10 minutes only turning it once. Frozen wild caught fish in 20. Bake a potato in 30 and all you have to do is poke a few holes in it and turn on the oven. Roast carrots - or most any veggie - in 20 minutes. You could watch your favorite show while cooking dinner and not burn a thing!

Pizza and beer
Or root beer. Whatever your pleasure. Get it delivery, carryout, or make it yourself. Pizza is fun to make at home and if you get premade pizza crusts or even Indian naan or other flatbread all you have to do is put out the ingredients and let everyone make their own fun creation! Or, you could just call the pizza parlor. Either way, clean up is a breeze!
