Tell the management of the restaurant so they will either call the authorities or make him leave
He left it unlocked, so I casually walk by and steal the dog
Run him down and explain to him about hot cars and convince him to let me dogsit at my table
Run him down and punch him in the face
Walk beside him howling like a lonely beagle until he turns around and leaves
