13. When someone messes up at work, are you the person to help pick up the pieces, or the person rubbing in their mistake?
I pick up the pieces and tell them it's alright.
I make maybe one light hearted joke about it and then regret it and help.
I say maybe one thing, but it's pretty bad, and the person flies off crying and I try to make things better by helping.
I say the meanest things just to watch their world burn more. I don't help.
