2. When you eat poorly, say a donut, some fries, a shake, a burger... Do you still track that within your daily caloric limit? Or do you go over your caloric limit?
I still track. I don't. I give up that day. I estimate the calories. I just don't eat that way anymore. I can't control myself around it. ▶ Next Question ◀
