Journaling
Journaling allows you to jot down the things that bring you joy on a day-to-day basis. Whenever you complete an activity that really de-stresses you, or makes you feel good, you can journal about it and explain what it was that really. . . made it a winner for you! And after about a week or two, you can read back through your journal entries and figure out which of those things is your passion!

Meditation
You may like the idea, or you might be cracking mean jokes about it now. Whatever camp you're in, we say the classic 'don't bash it till you try it. ' Why? Because meditation doesn't have to be the cliche you think it is. You can simply lie in your bed with your eyes closed, and then try to clear your mind as much as possible for ten minutes. And it helps you clear the stresses and to-do lists of the day. It relaxes you and makes thinking easier. Could help figure out what your passion is!

More Alone Time
Believe it or not, you need more alone time. You spend quite a bit of time with either family, friends, or both. Maybe a romantic partner? Whatever the case, you're not often quite alone, so you don't give yourself a minute to just. . . think about you for a change. You don't selfishly think about the things that bring you joy, rather than just the activities that entertain someone else.

Experimentation
You learn and know best whenever you do the thing. And that means that the only way you're going to find your passion is by trying a bunch of different things on a small scale. For instance, for photography, try arranging a shoot using your smartphone. And for writing, spend a weekend channeling your inner writer, robe, fireplace, second pot of coffee, and all! For painting, focus on creating a small canvas to begin with. You'll find your passion eventually!

Listing
No one knows you quite like you know yourself, and that means that you should write a list of the things that make you exceptionally happy. Add in any objects, hobbies, or otherwise life occurrences that bring you joy. Make your list as detailed as possible, then sit on it for at least 24 hours. Come back to it with a clear head and really dig into each item on the list to figure out if it's something you'd actually enjoy doing for years to come!
