Be aware when your root chakra becomes overactive it may lead to greediness, negativity, or eating disorders.

Sacral
This chakra is closely associated with sensuality. It is located about three inches below your belly button. It is responsible for emotions, creativity, fantasies, sexuality, relationships, and feeling outer and inner worlds. Be careful not to let your sacral chakra become overactive because it can lead to overindulging in fantasies or sex - or go the opposite direction to prudeness. You might also become dependent or co-dependent on a person that you seek pleasure from (not necessarily sexual).

Solar Plexus
The solar plexus chakra is the seat of power in the body. It's just at the top of your stomach right below where the center of the ribcage ends around your diaphragm. It is where your will and personal power come from. It also has to do with your intellect, confidence, and decision making. Be aware that if your solar plexus chakra is overactive, you might become controlling, quick to anger, stubborn, manipulative, and demand perfectionism in yourself or others.

Heart
The heart chakra is known for beauty, compassion, and love. It is located in the center of your chest. The heart chakra is responsible for forgiveness, love, relationships, the ability to achieve peace or to process grief in a healthy way, empathy and acceptance. Be aware that having an overactive heart chakra can cause you to have dysfunctional relationships, love indiscriminately, say yes too often, believe too easily, and neglect yourself to serve others.

Throat
The throat chakra is known as the center of expression and communication. It is located at the center of the neck in the region of the throat. People with a strong throat chakra are expressive, have a good sense of timing, know their purpose, have intuitive or spiritual abilities, can take ideas from concept to reality, and communicate well. An overactive throat chakra can lead to earaches, sore throats, neck pain, laryngitis, arrogance, and gossiping.

Crown and Third Eye
Your strongest chakras are located at the top of your head. The Third Eye is in the center of your forehead and the Crown chakra is at the top of your skull. Both are related to visions and spirituality. The Third Eye is all about perception, wisdom, and foresight. The Crown relates to higher states of consciousness, wisdom, bliss, limitlessness, and what is sacred. If these chakras are overactive, it can lead to depression, mental fog, lack of empathy, insomnia, paranoia, and delusions.
