12. Your co-worker just pointed out a serious mistake you made on an important document. What do you do?
I get angry. I don't make mistakes, and I'll loudly let my co-worker know so that I don't ever get accused again. If it happens again, I'll do everything it takes to get that person fired.
I'm shocked and disappointed in myself, and offer to work unpaid overtime to make up for it.
I sigh, apologize, and offer to do whatever it takes to fix it.
I laugh and blame it on the bad day I'm having.
