You anticipate it will be challenging, but a good meditation session in your office prepares you with the internal sense of calm you need to proceed in a methodical way.
Ask your boss to assign a partner to split the work, one of you can work out the logistical details and the other can focus on producing content.
Reassign yourself to the work, but ask your boss a ton of questions in the process to make sure you don't make poor decisions.
