Sometimes starting the work is what's difficult because after I've hear everyone's ideas I don't always know which direction to take. Getting the work done when I'd like to socialize with my co-workers is definitely difficult! Listening to other's ideas and surrendering control - 'if you want something done right, it's best to do it yourself' is a motto I truly believe.
