5. It takes a village to raise a child, but who lives in a village in these Modern times? Where should children become polished, well-rounded individuals?
They don't call it the school of life for nothin! Everything I know I learned from experience, books, and Youtube!
Both family and community leaders should be investing their time into the children.
The average person can't be relied on to be a decent human being, much less teach their children how. We should provide as much access to civic education and culture as possible, such as public television and councils.
