I'd track down the owner by knocking on all the doors of all the neighbors on the street in order to notify them that their lights are on. I'd pick up the phone and call the house of the person that lives closest to where it's parked, to let them know. I'd honk my horn repeatedly until the owner realizes their lights are on. It sucks to come back to a car that won't start. I'd offer to jumpstart the car later if it came to that. I wouldn't worry about it, to be honest. Not my problem.
