I would go and peek over their fence, and then talk to another neighbor to ask them what they think about all the noise. I'd give the owners a call on their cell and let them know that their dog sounds upset. I'd turn my music way up to drown out the sound of the barking. I'd ignore it. It doesn't sound stressed, and it will stop eventually. I leave a note on their door asking them to control their dog, and threaten to call animal control if it continues. ▶ Next Question ◀
