Labor Party (Centre-Left)

They choose to raise taxes on the rich and big business to provide more services such as Health and Education for the majority of Australians. They are the party 'for the workers' and are in favour of raising wages. They have a policy to take realistic action on climate change.

Liberal / National Party (Centre-Right)
The Liberal / National Party is economically and socially conservative. They choose to lower taxes, and lower spending on services like Hospitals and Schools, to improve the budget. They are the party 'for the business' and are against raising wages. They have very little policies on the environment or climate change.

The Greens (Left Wing)
The Greens are a left wing party that focuses on environmental issues and has adopted socialist economic reforms. They take radical action on climate change and receive a large amount of votes from young people.

One Nation (Right Wing)
One Nation is a right wing political party that is led by Pauline Hanson. The party is very socially conservative especially on issues such as immigration but has more of a centre economics view.
