Sure. I don't know them. Their words don't affect me. It just shows their going through a lot.
No, I say something rude back before walking away. I don't stand there and fight, but I do say something short and impactful.
I stand there and fight, because I am not going to be spoken to that way by anyone. People need to learn respect somehow.
