15. How much more should those at the top of the ladder be paid as opposed to the bottom of the ladder?
The gap should not be as wide as it is--without those on the ground, the higher-ups wouldn't make anything.
A lot more--they earned it through education and promotion; it's up to the lower-level people to hoist themselves up.
Without the people at the top, the people on the bottom wouldn't have jobs, so the top should be paid significantly more.
