18. Do you like your boss to give a lot of direction or do you prefer to work more independently?
I like a lot of direction. I want to know exactly what my boss thinks needs to be done as I trust they see the big picture.
I like to work very independently and just check in with my boss as tasks are completed.
I like a good mix of both.
