I just kind of let the shopping and planning take care of themselves as the time gets close. I try to do a little at a time, but I also don't plan for anything elaborate. I try not to get too involved--someone else will take care of it. I get really excited--but I have to reel it in a little or I'll end up overwhelming myself. I am a holiday planning dynamo with everything planned out and nearly ready at least a week in advance. ▶ Next Question ◀
