19. You are walking down a deserted road when you find a wallet lying on the sidewalk. There are five one hundred dollar bills inside, but no ID. What do you do?

Finders keepers! I slip it into my pocket and keep moving. I take it straight to the police station and hand it in. I keep it, but knock on a few doors and ask around if anyone knows anything in a perfunctory attempt to find the owner first. I keep it safe while I place fliers with a description of the wallet at strategic points near where I found it. I stand frozen, looking around for someone to help.
