I don't resolve it; I get revenge.
I call her and point out to her all the ways in which she's a terrible person.
I try to salvage my grandmother's feelings by figuring out what was said, and then I rephrase it to not sound so terrible.
I resolve not to talk to my cousin about anyone ever.
