11. When there is a problem to be solved that involves a group, how would you prefer to handle it?
We get together and discuss the problem, the outcome we want to achieve, and possible routes to that outcome.
I encourage the people whose talents are prime to solve this problem to do the heavy lifting with the others supporting them.
I volunteer for what I can address, and then I address that thing alone.
I'd prefer for everyone to investigate the problem individually and then think of solutions and then meet briefly to pick one.
