5. Your three-year-old hasn't eaten anything but crackers for the past two days. What do you do?
I refuse to let her watch TV or play with her toys until she eats something healthy.
I pull out the nutrition pyramid, explain why eating from all food groups is important, and spark a fun conversation about healthy foods vs. junk food. If that doesn't work, I leave a variety of healthy food out on a plate for her so she can graze when she feels like it.
I call the doctor, ask for help in an online forum, and generally go crazy worrying about her health.
I relax and wait for her to ask me for something to eat. Kids do this sometimes; there's no reason to worry.
