8. When you perform a sniff test on milk, what are your criteria for throwing it out?
If there is any hint of odor
If the smell is obvious at the first sniff
I give it two sniffs, take a moment to decide, calculate the date, and if it still smells on the third sniff, it goes.
If it smells and I give it a shake and feel nothing, I keep it, but if there are solids, then I throw it out.
