It appears at night, and it's often associated with the devil. Some claim it is a hellhound, but others consider it an omen of death. It is larger than a regular dog, has glowing eyes, and tends to appear in spooky places like crossroads.

We've all heard of Bloody Mary. You go to the bathroom, turn off the lights, and say her name three times to conjure her image in the mirror. Tales of Mary will often claim she's harmless enough, but some say otherwise. She tends to appear when there's a group of people to show up for, so maybe she just likes an audience.

This legend came from Fairfax, VA, and spread all over the DMV (District of Columbia, Maryland, and Virginia). The details change depending on who tells the story, but all versions include a weird man dressed up as a psychotic bunny that attacks people with an ax.

This legend was created online, around 2009. And it's a creepy one! Slender Man is a tall, thin man dressed in a black suit and tie. He has no face, but he does have a fascination with stalking, abducting, or traumatizing people, especially children. He hides out in the woods, and when you see him . . . well it's already too late.

A couple see a man on the side of the road and offer him a ride. He speaks to them and gets in the car. They drive the car a few miles, and then the hitchhiker disappears out of NOWHERE. HOW CREEPY IS THAT?!
