9. The next day you have to interview some folks for a job in your division. One of them is the person who just interviewed you! What do you think?
Of course I will interview the person but I don't expect to end up hiring him or her. How can we work well together after he or she just rejected me?
I reserve judgment until after the interview. Maybe we could work well together.
I'm excited to interview the person. I always thought we'd work well together! And now I'm the one who gets to make the decision.
