Not fat
You're probably nowhere near being close to overweight. You may even be underweight. A local gym will be able to tell you for sure by measuring your body fat percentage and will probably even do it for free.

Probably a healthy weight
You probably are within one of the healthy weight ranges that doctors and physical trainers follow. However, BMI is not a good barometer of overweightness. Find out what your body fat percentage is to see if you need to convert some of your fat to muscle. But really, you're good - nothing to worry about.

A little bit overweight
You are by no means fat, but you might be carrying just a few extra pounds. It's probably something you could adjust with a few minimal tweaks to your diet and your exercise routine. Take a few steps to correct and then just stay aware of what's going on with your body.

Possibly overweight
You could also not be overweight. Your answers tend to imply that you could be a little overweight but you are dressing in such a way that makes you or others THINK you are overweight. If your clothes are too tight or too big it can make you look fat. All bodies are shaped differently and you might just be a person that can't wear a certain cut of jeans or a type of sleeve. Adjust your wardrobe and see if that helps.

Overweight
You might be more than a little bit overweight. To find out for sure, ask your doctor to do a body fat percentage test, or get one done for free (or probably free) at your local gym. If you are carrying extra weight distributed over most of your body, the problem is likely poor diet and not enough exercise. Easily fixed by making a few sensible changes to your diet and taking a daily walk or getting just a bit more exercise.

Medically overweight
This is just a quiz, but from your answers it seems likely that you are medically overweight. You might have a thyroid or hormonal imbalance or another condition that makes one or two body parts larger than the others. For instance, people with insulin resistance tend to have rounded waistlines but thinner arms and legs. A person with Cushing's has fat in the face and neck. Check with your doctor to find out what is causing you to have trouble losing weight. Get a second opinion if you need to.
