People like to feel as though their voice counts, and you make sure that happens. It isn't the most effective when you have to make a decision quickly though, so keep that in mind.

Your leadership style follows a strict hierarchy. You know your spot, and everyone else above and below you know theirs as well. Rules are followed strictly in this type of leadership. It works well in some situations, but it can be difficult when creativity is a factor.

Charismatic
You use your charm and personality to get people to listen to you. People look up to you and a lot of times they won't do anything at all unless you are there to guide them. It can be good if you are leading a team, but if you can't always be around, it can cause problems for those that are waiting for you to help.
