I yell. A lot. I just read about a great new technique in conflict resolution that we've been trying to implement lately. It seems to be working! I let them handle it. Usually they can work it out between themselves. My children never argue. They get along so well! I usually have to play referee in these situations, or else the situation can get out of control. If I'm not home to deal with the situation, my kids call me on my cell and explain to me what's going on. I can usually handle the issue over the phone. ▶ Next Question ◀
