Changing Your Makeup
Your makeup is aging you a lot. It's either the wrong shade, the wrong type, or it's the wrong application. If it's all of those three things, you're really aging yourself! Ideally, things like foundation should be kept thin/translucent, and well-blended. It should work with your skin type, so if you have oily skin, an oil-based foundation would be a terrible idea. And always get makeup that matches your chest, not your hand or neck. Chest!
Changing Your Style
You are wearing clothing that ages you. Either it's too baggy, and therefore it gives off an elderly vibe, . . . or it's too youthful, and so it clashes with your physical appearance, making you look at least a decade older. You need to stick to pieces that fit your body comfortably, and that go well with your age. For instance, shopping for jeans at an instantly recognizable store meant for teenagers isn't a good idea when you're 30+.
Changing Your Diet & Lifestyle
You have been eating trash for years and it's time to stop. Honestly, burgers and fries, junk food, candy, it all ages you like milk. It's fine in moderation, but you shouldn't make a habit of it. Instead, try whole foods, a clean diet full of veggies, fruit, grains and lean protein. Be kind to your body, and it will be kind to you. Also, exercise does wonders! It helps you lose weight, tone up, and overall boost metabolism.
