Land of Nod
First, look up the poem by Robert Louis Stevenson. It's about how he roams this strange and fantastical land every time he dreams. Next, look up the story in Genesis. The Land of Nod is to the east of the Garden of Eden. When Cain killed Abel, God sent him to the Land of Nod to be exiled. 'Nod' means 'wander' in Hebrew. He was sent to the land of wandering.

Ghost Coon
If you're looking for a lighthearted RPG, give this name a thought. Did you have to read Where the Red Fern Grows in school? The book about redbone coon hounds? Those dogs went hunting for what was locally known as The Ghost Coon because it always disappeared and the boy made a bet that they could find it. The dogs went hunting for it and chased it to a hollow in a tree but the raccoon disappeared. Perhaps there is an open-world in that tree hollow?

Quantum Salvo
If your RPG is want of engagement by fire - whether it be guns, lasers, explosions, whatever - this phrase is rare as far as Google is concerned. It shows up in one book, a few Latin texts, and a couple of Star Trek mentions. Some people have heard the phrase, but it goes as yet unused as a title for anything!

West Wind and the Green Forest
If you were really lucky as a child, some elderly person read you their favorite children's stories about Old Mother West Wind. It was a series by Thorton W. Burgess. It is CHOCK FULL of interesting characters like Grandfather Frog and Reddy Fox, and places like the Green Forest and the Smiling Pool. The adventures in the books are fun, funny, and suspenseful. A good springboard for a fun tabletop or PC RPG.

Certain CertainLand
Image the REVERSE of Never NeverLand. A place that bad children go to suddenly have to adult. For that matter, where adults have to go adult in the same responsible ways that their grandparents did. Horrifying. Could anyone do it? Deny themselves chocolate because it's not on sale and it isn't a holiday? What if Captain Hook was a tricky coyote that would take you to the real world or Never Neverland for a price?

Woolpit
It is amazing that no one has done an RPG based on the Green Children of Woolpit. If you don't know the story, what happened was that two children crawled out of a hole in the ground in Suffolk England sometime during the reign of King Stephen in the 1100s AD. They had green skin. They claimed to come from a land inside the Earth. They spoke an unknown language. Someone needs to build a game.
