Not Drink Coffee
You're opting for coffee because you think it gives you energy. You also assume it's cheap enough of a habit to pursue wholeheartedly. You also have trouble sleeping at times, and have been known to suffer from higher blood pressure. Not to mention anxiety! In other words, you're. . . not going to get any benefits from coffee. Just. . . none! Don't do it.

Try Out A Small Amount
Too much coffee can increase your heart rate, raise your blood pressure, give you anxiety, and keep you from falling asleep. So, since you're new to it, try out a small amount. When going into a coffee shop, order the smallest size first. And experiment with a few orders. Maybe straight black isn't the way to go for you yet. Or espresso shots. Try a macchiato first, or a latte.

Go For It
Coffee helps you process sugar better. It also is linked to better heart health, a longer lifespan, and less chance of developing things like colon cancer and Parkinson's disease. That being said, don't overdo it. A coffee, maybe two per day max, is all you need.
