Fear of Obligation
You do not want to be bothered by obligations of any kind. You may even reject some relationships like friendships because to add another friend to the roster means more obligation. Or maybe you don't want a better job because you'd be obligated to work more or go to events or meetings that you don't want to go to.

Fear of Rejection
Not wanting to be judged is a natural feeling. No one really wants to be judged. But you take it a step further. You fear that a judgment might lead to an overall rejection and that a rejection has an impact on your worth.
