Born in Greece in 1881, Mustafa was a man who quickly rose through the Ottoman military ranks. He was a radical thinker and in 1923, he led the fight for Turkish national independence and established the Turkish Republic. He's known for giving Turkish the Latin alphabet, separating religion and state and modernizing the Turkish economy.

Corazon Aquino
Corazon Aquino was a prominent figure in the 1986 "People Power Revolution" in which they toppled the President Ferdinand Marcos and restored democracy to the Philippines. After her husband's assassination, she emerged as leader of the opposition.
