4. You send your 10-year-old nephew into the store to buy you a can of soda. You give him $5. He brings back 50 cents in change. What do you do?
I tell him I'll give him four dollars to report the clerk to the police--to see if the kid pocketed the money and blamed it on the clerk.
I go in and demand the clerk give me the real change, and I make sure it's caught on film so that when I call his manager, there's proof.
I call up the corporate office so they can be on the phone when I tell the clerk off and demand my change.
I go in and talk so nicely to the clerk that he not only gives me the correct change, but he gives me the whole $5 and lets me keep the soda.
