13. One of your men always seems to hang back in battle, but he always survives. How do you handle it?
I send him through a series of trials of increasing difficulty to see what his weaknesses are, and then I work with him to fix them.
I observe him to see if he has any other talents, and then I take him out of battle duty and put him to work elsewhere.
I tell him he'd better start pulling his weight, because there isn't time to take up his slack.
