You focus on who you are, what you're doing, and how you're feeling. You understand that life is an ebb and flow. Thing's won't always be perfect, but if you react in the right way, you can always stay happy and content!

Somewhat Mindful
You are a somewhat mindful person! Though you're very in tune with your feelings, conscious of who you are, and focused on wellness, you do have a tendency to drift into the past. Remember to ground yourself in the now, listen to your emotions and follow your instincts!
