This year, invite yourself to feel more compassion for others every day. You might be feeling closed off from the world or cynical, but it's important to let yourself see others--even those who disagree with you--as human beings just like you.

This year, it's time to take more responsibility for your life and the things in it. If you want change, you have to create change. It might be easier to blame other people or events for your circumstances, but that won't get you any closer to resolving the issues.
