How Much Do You Really Know About First Aid?

You know absolutely nothing about first aid. If someone were to choke at a restaurant, you would have no clue what to do. If someone suffered a serious injury while hiking with you, you wouldn't know what to do. In other words, everyone runs a risk when hanging out with you. Oops!

You know very little about first aid. It seems you only really know about the heimlich maneuver and that's it. The good news here is that you know something, even if it isn't a whole lot. The bad news is that there is a lot you don't know, which could result in terrible events if you were in a situation where a little knowledge could have you or someone else.

You aren't an expert at first aid, and you certainly don't know enough to be considered having good knowledge. But you know what? You could get a C- on an exam on it, and that's still passing. Granted, on the low end, but passing!

You know quite a bit about first aid. Chances are you've taken a course on it, maybe read a book about it, or worked in something where you had to learn a few things about first aid. Like maybe a lifeguard or ambulance volunteer? Whatever it is, you know quite a bit! Be proud!

You are an expert at first aid! You know a lot! You could even write a book about it. And that is amazing! Keep up the good work, and using whatever it is you're using to keep learning more about the subject. Extra knowledge is never above anyone.
