Too low
You know, there are probably a lot of things about you that other people admire. Even people you've never even really met. Think about it. You probably see strangers daily that you admire something about. Their haircut, or smile, or something you overhear them say. You're that person to some people. Start building your confidence and esteem by thinking about your admirable traits even if you have to start small.

A little low
Your self-esteem is dipping a little low. Renew your confidence! There's a lot to like about yourself and what you don't like can change. Or, you can learn to love it. Be nice to yourself. Build up those parts of yourself that you like into things that you love!

Middle of the road
Your self-esteem is neither low nor high. You don't put yourself down too much but you don't pat yourself on the back very often either. That's an okay place to be. If you pump yourself up just a little more, though, you might find greater success in various areas of your life.

High
You have high self-esteem without going overboard. You are confident and self-assured and you know that there are a lot of things about yourself to love. Good for you! You can reach far into creating the life you want when you have confidence and high self-esteem.

Higher than most
You may be getting a little too cocky in some areas of your life. That doesn't mean you don't recognize that you have faults, but it does mean you might want to come down a peg or two. You don't want to alienate people. Your cockiness might also make you miss out on things if people think you're above something and don't invite you.

Too high
Your self-esteem is at a level that is bordering on or is in the realm of narcissism. That's not only bad for people in your circle, it doesn't serve you either. How can you learn more and grow as a person if you already think you're better than everyone else? Learn to recognize the things about yourself that need improvement and also learn to acknowledge the good traits of others without looking for ways in which you're superior.
