What Workout Should I Do?

Bench press
You are into your body to the point that you have been thinking about getting into body building. Most people do not have the genetics to do so but the way your body responds to your workouts it would be easy for you.

Curls
You do not work many muscles groups when you are in the gym you usually stick to upper body workouts. And your favorite muscle group to work is your arms. You like to walk around in cut off shirts to show off your arms.

Squat
Most people go to the gym and they focus on working out just their upper body but you are different. You are one of the special people that works both upper and lower body. One of the reasons is you are a competitor lifter so you need to work lower body as well.

Yoga
Flexibility is everything to you, it makes you have great mobility and good range of motion. Since you are so flexible you will be a lot less likely to pull a muscle compared to others that do not stretch as much as you do.

Crunches
You are all about showing off your body, you are looked at as vain by most of the people that know you. You spend a ton of time working on your abs just so you can walk around without your shirt on.

Cardio
For the most part when people talk about working out, they are referring only to lifting weights. But when you talk about working out you are referring to your running workouts. You are a runner and have to design workouts that help you do just that.
