Poor Knowledge of IT
You know very little about information technology. It could be that computers came into the picture when you were well into your 20's or even 30's. Whatever the case, it may be helpful to do some research, or have someone clue you in.
Passable Knowledge of IT
You know. . . enough about IT. At least enough to hold a very surface level conversation on the subject. There's plenty for you to learn though, so it may be beneficial to look into a class or book on it.
Good Knowledge of IT
You know quite a bit about IT! It could be that you just really enjoy the subject, and spend a lot of your time using computers. Maybe you work with one. However, there's still more for you to learn. You're no expert. Maybe read up on the subject?
Super Expert Knowledge of IT
You are an information technology expert. You know your stuff, and there's no one who could possibly dispute that. The only way for you to know this much about IT is for you to either work in the field, or actively do something related to it as a hobby.
