Loves You
Your cat truly loves you. Genuine affection, willingly and easily. He/she loves to see what you're up to, what you're doing, where you're going. They mark you with their tail and get up on you for cuddle time. It's true love.
Wants Food
Your cat doesn't really like to hang out or cuddle until it's time for food. At that point, they show up and brush up against you, meow, look up at you sweetly, etc. They pull out all the stops at that point. But when they've been fed? They're back to isolation.
Is Attached to Someone Else
This cat likes you, sure. It does more than tolerate you, it genuinely wants you around, but. . . they're attached to someone else. It could be a spouse, a friend, a sibling, or a parent, but whatever the case, that's the person they prefer to spend the bulk of their time with.
