You are very 'by the book, ' which means you like things to be done a certain way. Your way, to be exact. You like control, and you aren't afraid to let others know that. As a leader, you expect things to run like a well-oiled machine. You expect efficiency, because as long as everyone does as they're told, exactly how it's supposed to be done, then there should be no problem, right?

You like to lead by example, not with words. You aren't one for many rules or speeches, you just assume that if you strive for excellence, then your team will too. If you prove it's possible through hard work and effort, than surely they'll be motivated to do something, right?

You like to find a balance in most things. And when it comes to leadership, you take a page out of every great leader's book. You're firm when needed, and you provide plenty of regulation. But you don't go overboard with it. You teach people ways of accomplishing tasks, but also encourage them to find their own ways of accomplishing those same tasks, as long as they're not breaking rules or sacrificing accuracy.
