It's a day for fruit and vegetables! Or, at least not meat. Eat like this . . . Breakfast: cereal, peanut butter toast, fruit, juice, tea/coffee. Lunch: big salad with all of your favorite toppings or even a salad with all toppings no lettuce! Dinner: soup, yummy bread with toasted cheese, berries with nuts and feta cheese for dessert.

Breakfast all day
Go ahead and indulge yourself in every kind of breakfast. Cereal and toast and danishes and bagels and oatmeal for breakfast. Bacon and pancakes or french toast for lunch. A big, big breakfast of sausage and biscuits with gravy for dinner with more danishes for dessert!

It's a day to throw all caution to the wind and eat like Archie and Jughead. Pizza for breakfast! Cheeseburgers for lunch! More pizza for dinner! Or maybe sub sandwiches for dinner? Or spaghetti and meatballs! You need cheese and meat and bread - that's the basic recipe for today!

Roasted
You need great food with simple preparation. Get your favorite kind of meat if you eat meat: chuck roast, pork loin, whole chicken, turkey breast, etc. Grease the bottom of a casserole dish with olive oil. Put the meat in. Rub some stuff on it (look up roasting your meat online). Chop some root veggies - carrots, beets, potatoes, butternut squash, etc. Or you could throw in cauliflower or asparagus. Toss in olive oil and arrange around the meat. Roast according to recommendations for your meat.

Sandwiches
It's a handheld day for you. Don't even bother with cutlery. For breakfast throw together a breakfast sandwich or a bagel or english muffin with cream cheese or peanut butter. Then have a hot sandwich for lunch and a cold one for dinner.

Meat and 2
Keep it simple and with the old-fashioned four food groups. Cereal, fruit, meat or egg, and juice for breakfast, sandwich with veggies or salad with meat for lunch, and meat and two vegetables and a bread for dinner. Actually, make dinner easy on yourself and just go out!
