Southwest
It's hot in places like Arizona, Nevada, and New Mexico. But you know what? The desert, the isolation, and the unique culture down there is one of a kind. It's worth the sweltering heat. Think sketchy trips to Roswell to find aliens, and hitting up obscure diners along long stretches of dark road.

Pacific Northwest
Washington State and Oregon are known for a few things: Evergreen trees, amazing hiking trails and views of mountains, and of course, the artistic inclination of the culture as a whole. Not to mention, if you're in WA, the coffee is to die for. It's a great place to slow life down and remember what truly matters.

Northeast
You want a vacation that's fast-paced, real, gritty, and even unconventional. And that's the Northeast! It's full of people who live for work, there isn't a whole lot to see unless you're really up north, as in NY and up, and there's bound to be no other place quite like it. Our suggestion? Vermont during autumn, and Maine for lobster rolls.

South
Texas BBQ, beignets in New Orleans, square dancing in Nashville, cowboy watching in west Texas, and sweet tea in Alabama. The south may not be the most boundary-pushing region of America, but it sure is beautiful, and full of excitement. Just don't bring up the Civil War!
